Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager to be the driving force behind our food delivery brand's presence across various social media platforms. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in not only growing our online community but also cultivating lasting relationships with our customers and food enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand's visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to our target audience.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring real-time interactions.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a strong and active online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and thoughtfully.
  • Encourage user-generated content and participation through contests, challenges, and discussions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brand advocates and loyal customers.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with our customer support team to ensure seamless online and offline customer experiences.

Analytics and Insights:

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, tracking the success of campaigns and community engagement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

Design Creativity:

  • Utilize design tools like Canva to create visually appealing and shareable content.
  • Develop eye-catching graphics, images, and infographics for social media posts and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional social media management skills, including proficiency with popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Strong creativity and a knack for creating engaging and shareable content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of online community dynamics and customer behavior.
  • A passion for food and a genuine interest in engaging with the culinary community.
