Responsibilities:

Timely Delivery:

• Ensure timely deliveries by following the assigned routes and schedules.
• Utilize GPS navigation systems to find the most efficient routes.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service during delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and respectfully.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure a safe delivery process.
• Maintain safety standards for handling food items during delivery.

Record Maintenance:

• Accurately record delivery information, including time logs and delivery confirmations.
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the management.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain open communication with the team to address any route changes or customer preferences.

Qualifications:

1. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
2. Experience in a delivery role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
3. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Good navigational skills, including the ability to use GPS systems.
5. Excellent time management skills.
6. Strong customer service skills.
7. Basic technological proficiency to use mobile apps and other delivery software.
8. Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
